Different Event Calculations

Specified days to add to offset will be added to events differently. Now adds that specified days to each event flatly instead of incrementing the amount for each event.

Start Offset and End Offset Additions

Now features the ability to manually define the days needed start offset and end offset in a REDCap Event, overriding the Event's typical definition. This is done to allow for the start offset to be AFTER the calculated date, instead of being required to be before it.
