1. For OSS summit on tuesday, the roadmap I would like to announce at the keynote is:
   1. 7.2.5 in the upcoming week. (either this or next week)
      1. Talk with Jonathan about the problem he found
      2. Launch on Tuesday if no bugs, otherwise fix and launch on Friday.
   2. 8.0 this year. (Do we want to decide on this version?)
      1. Sounds like we are committed to launching valkey 8 next, we want to make some minor compatibility changes.
   3. Per-slot dictionary, 16% memory reduction as well as perfect improvements.
      1. OK to announce this.
   4. Slot migration reliability improvements (Ping Xie's change that has been languishing)
      1. OK to announce this.
2. What is the criteria for 7.2.5 that we are waiting for.
   1. Do we want to vend official downloads on the website?
      1. Survey says yes.
   2. Do we want to do any other official containers outside of the ones we have.
      1. We'll use what we have.

   1. Commands and some of the docs are there, working on trying to get it built. What else would we like to prioritize.
      1. @PingXie Will update template configurations ASAP to remove Redis.io
   2. Should we restructure the website to use topics so websites are shorter

4. Version management
   1. Do need to mention we will maintain the latest 3 major release versions in keynotes?
      1. Do a major release every year and support 3 last major versions (3 years of support). When relevant, we'll document it.
   2. How long between RC and release?
      1. We'll figure it out when we do the first release. Initial suggestion is 3 months for Major, 1 month for minor.
   3. Patch releases?
      1. No current plan.
5. Compatibility switch.
   1. Coverage of compatibility.(all or only some error replies, all or only some log messages).
      1. The compatibility switch should only cover ERROR messages and log lines we believe users will actually look at.
