[Feature] Request: Add message_thread_id for Telegram Topic Separation

Currently, when Vigil Monitoring sends alerts to a Telegram group, all alerts appear in the main chat. This can become overwhelming and make it difficult to track specific issues, especially in active groups with many different services being monitored. Without a way to separate these alerts, the signal-to-noise ratio decreases, and important notifications might be missed or overlooked.

would like to request the addition of message_thread_id to the Telegram notification integration. This would allow Vigil Monitoring to send alerts into specific "topics" (also known as "threads") within a Telegram group, rather than all alerts appearing in the main chat.
