Replace js-vat with jsvat-next #70
Description
JSVAT is unmaintained and hasn't seen any new commits in 3 years despite a backlog of open issues and pull requests.
Someone has started a fork named "JSVatNext" in order to get important fixes merged. Though the project is not yet popular, it already seems like a more future-proof alternative.
