Course tooltip disappears when hovering quickly between nodes

This bug has something to do with Vue/Vuetify and after much debugging I couldn't figure out why this is happening. The `courseTooltip` data property (which controls the tooltip's visibility) is set to `false` after the property has just been set to `true` when hovering from one node to another quickly.
