fluorescence and better randomize button

we need more fluorescence effects or presets, and best randomize button, in old NTSQ randomize button change from seed 1 to 100 and the differences are high, i notice some of these presets have an special fluorescence which is lost in the modern app, if you import the old seeds to the new app, it doesnt look the same, idk why (copy pasting) because seeds extension changed in the new app

apart from that fix the problem of audio, why always app cut the bitrae to 134 Kbps at maximun even with the lossless settings
