add option to 320 audio exporting independent of the video quality

audio quality is super important, i notice even in the higer options, quality is always like 134 kbps or something like that when original video is maybe FLAC, i like the app compressor and vhs audio if you add more than 100% volume that's super good but 320 audio option or higer is neccesary

if the oirignal audio is flac qualitu or something like 1000 kbps i undertand this affects size very much but difference between 320 and 128 is almost the same in size, but quality is so much different

THERE IS SEVERAL DOWNGRADE i adjunted my tests using SPEK audio spectrum, maybe it was in another post i will adjunte them again, it shows how clarify audio was 20 kHz 320 Kbps and after ntscq-rs is 128 Kbps limited to 16 kHz or 15 kHz, do the test by yourself

VHS is my original video prepared to be passed through NTSQ-Rs originally has 20 Khz but it could have more
ntsc is after the process, is downgraded to 134 in this case and 16 KHz but other times is downgrade to 128 and 15, youtube will downgrade t to 128 and 15 kHz in video under 20 kHz
