Ntsc-rs I think is the best VHS filter out of others, so good that if you get creative enough with the effects you could even make VHS look like it's not really NTSC, but actually PAL or SECAM. And so, my only hope on creating a decent filter is ntsc-rs, and I wish there would be some effects that create PAL or SECAM artifacts in the video, like I'm trying to achieve that SECAM Fire artifact, which creates cyan lines on pink, pink lines on cyan, red lines on green and etc. Please add this
