allow authenticated requests to the trpc api with api tokens

It'd be nice if we could use the full site api for things that aren't documented/stabilized yet. Right now you'd need to run the clerk client in userspace which sounds like a pain.

To be clear, this is a very unstable API. Things will break without warning. Use it only for prototypes and personal projects
