Allow PRs from same user

It would be nice to be able to create forks of our own vals and then PR them into the original. This would avoid some of the problematic issues with working on a val that others have referenced (and not pinned), as discussed in #67.

Put another way, branches would be very useful!

If you want to preview the dev branch, you'd need to do that by importing and exporting it in another val... So you do still need another val, but it could contain the tiny import and the main val could contain all the code.

The issue then is that the dev branch doesn't auto reload the preview when the code changes...

Might be confusing to people if they fork it, edit it, and don't see any changes, you'd have to explain what's going on.

Really nice pattern! I prefer to use default as the dev version, and fix the release one.

Then the user has two choices:

• fork the val (and edit the dev version)
• install the val (and automatically get updates)
