Add PWA manifest to website

I’m away from my computer for a week, so I will be interacting with val.town primarely from my ipad.

I wish the website was installable as PWA. The benefits would be:

1. Isolate val.town in it’s own window
2. Access val.town from the command bar / spotlight
3. Having access to push notifications (I wish val.town leveraged it, and proxy the api to users trough std)

Most of the time I interact with a single val at a time, so I do not really care about having multiple tabs.

There are a lot of services that help building pwas (both paid and free):

You just need to add a single link to your head, and serve a manifest.json file.

Note that chrome won't show the install icon for the example you have in the readme of https://www.val.town/v/pomdtr/pwa because the manifest doesn't include the mandatory icons. Might be good to include those!

It doesn't make it not installable, it just makes it a little less obvious that you can install it as a PWA
