OpenAI in the Standard Library

We're considering offering some limited usage of OpenAI on the free and Pro plans (with differing amounts) to make it easier to integrate LLMs into your code without signing up for OpenAI yourself or dealing with keys. Curious how much folks would care about this vs pasting their keys is easy enough.

I personally find keeping a key as an env variable fine. What I might like more is an LLM standard Val that makes it easier to interact with several maybe?

I'm personally interested in these features to be able to easify distribution of vals.

It's fine for me to set up my api key, but what about users of my vals ? Should I explain the setup process each time ? I

would love to just not worry about it like I don't worry about the setup of blobs or sqlite dbs.
