hot reload?

i quite like the experience of previewing vals right in the browser. it might be nice to have some hot/live reloading for vals to make the development loop even faster, both for script and HTTP vals!

Great request! So far I've mostly been focused on reloading new tabs of vals when the underlying vals change: #74

It would be fun to do hot reloading as well, but that would require some react magic that's beyond me. It could be prototyped in userspace though, I think!
