Large Icons 40px, 48px, 64px

I've been trying to get larger icons to work for days now and I'm failing constantly. In the 6 years since this has been out, someone must have cracked this (or created a stylesheet for it that has 64px for instance!)

Where am I going wrong??

The theme variant only increases the size of the node - the icon packs were removed a long time ago as they took too much time to maintain in all sizes. You could create a theme using the .less files in the repo (by tweaking the size, sprite and image size):
