Issue with composer changelog:bootstrap command.

Hello! I have issue with bootstrap command.

Console output of composer changelog:bootstrap:

➜ ✗ composer changelog:bootstrap
                                                  
  [Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\InvalidArgumentException]  
  The "type" option does not exist.                               

changelog:bootstrap [--format [FORMAT]] [--] [<name>]

Another commands do not produce this error.
