Syntax highlighting (https://v1.quilljs.com/docs/modules/syntax) for code blocks would significantly improve readability and usability when working with technical content in the Rich Text Editor.

I would like to see syntax highlighting support for code blocks in the Rich Text Editor, ideally using the Quill Syntax Highlighter Module (highlight.js) or a similar approach.
