Can QSkinny not set QT_PLUGIN_PATH and only set the plug-in through qskSkinManager?

When I set this path, an assertion is null error occurs.
qskSkinManager->setPluginPaths(QStringList("D:/qsklightblue/lib/qskinny/plugins"));

ASSERT: "m_data->skin" in file
