Some questions about the new release of Uvdesk

First question:
Could I ask what is in the following commit?

What is the Uvdesk tracker and what the code do? Will send info about domain where Uvdesk open source is installed and what other info? Why there is a tracker, what is his function? Its seems it share also email domain and name.

Second question:

I don’t remember in with files Uvdesk have the external dependencies that should kept maintained updated.
Need to check if there are some components not updated.
