GNU uptime from procps-ng 4.0.5 has a -p option that we don't support:

 -p, --pretty   show uptime in pretty format

Going off sylvestre's comment in #7902 (comment) is modeling a -p flag on the procps-ng pretty-print fine for future maintainability?
