On Intel, Apple Virtualization of Windows

recently i have experienced the graphical debian (also another headless one) on apple virtualization on my old intel macbookpro, and the experience was so smooth and the mouse motion so fine, battery and heat very efficient.
i was wondering, why cant we have that with windows as well?

apologies, see, graphical linux on apple virtualization works fine, recently (years) windows on qemu and with drivers works fine.
all im asking, is that why when i choose to make a windows guest, the apple-virt option doesnt showup, so to be more power efficient? (not that im a windows guy just that i prefer virtual over physical in cases forced to)
do you mean there is a software availability issue regarding making windows and apple-virt meet? are you sure? its strange cause then what do the parallels guys do if we are to be inspired?

Apple's virtualization framework only supports booting macOS (optimized) and Linux (unoptimized). QEMU supports booting Linux (optimized) and Windows (unoptimized).

Parallels has their own software stack that they've invested millions of dollars and thousands of engineers on.

and intels mac on mac, if as of today mac os can already run in non-mac host VMs then why does apple-virt intel mac on intel mac need be seen as any out of reach?
