How to get the display better

Total noob here. I'm running UTM on my minimac M4, with a Windows 11 vm. Just got a fancy new Apple Display, thinking my Windows VM would be extra clear and sharp . . . and it's not. If I start playing around with the resolution thru Windows setting, I get better, but the window stretches out way past the monitor. Can I get close to 5K or not? Thanks for the help
