IOS - Installation from developer Website

As we know UTM is already provided via TrollStore etc. But may there be a possibility that the installation will be provided directly from the developer webpage in the future:

I don‘t like to install alternate stores but I would trust defined/selected developers

UTM with JIT cannot be installed even with alternative stores or website distribution. Those new rules still does not mean having restricted entitlements are allowed. UTM SE can be distributed that way but as a free app, I don't see the benefits of doing so outside the App Store.
