New Feature request - Mounting shared directories by adding them as a drive

So I was thinking about shared directories today. One reason is that I'm unable to get shared folders working with OS 9.
If someone has an answer about enabling shared directories with OS 9, please let me know.

But is there a way to implement the mounting of folders on the host as a drive? I know this will require work, and I'm not even sure if it's possible. It would be helpful if we could do it this way.
