Cannot boot Ubuntu20.04 , failed to start Modem manager..

Describe the issue
I cannot start the Ubuntu20.04 LTS due to below failure messages and finally it crashed with attached log. I have used it without any problem last night..

• OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.1
• Intel or Apple Silicon? Apple Silicon
