Are there plans to support the CANN backend?

I would like to inquire whether there are plans to support the CANN backend. I've noticed that llama.cpp has already implemented support for this backend, and I would greatly appreciate your consideration of this feature.

This crate is entirely ran off contributions from others. (It's no longer used internally).

I'll accept pretty much anything that brings this crate closer to feature parity to the llama.cpp API - I believe this would be a welcome addition.
