Encourage/force root user to be used for site-admin only #464

Description

@Netrilix

As it stands now, the installation allows a developer to create his first (root) user, but does not encourage him to create a second account that is used for social activities and everyday use.

The root account should be used strictly for site functionality, and be locked into a default theme that highlights the fact that he's logged in as root. He shouldn't be allowed any of the social functionality that a normal admin would have.

The admin account, on the other hand, should extend any user-available themes so he can be on the same themes as his users. He should be able interact with them socially (eg. if someone uses UF for private messaging, a forum, a product review system, etc). But he should also have his admin functions available to him within those themes.
