Memos is in active development, and API changes frequently

Precise instructions? On rolling back to the old version?
If database migrations were run during an update, rolling back will probably mess your database up, so I advise you to back your database up before doing anything with sqlite3 backup

You can run older versions of memos by specifying the version, so instead of neosmemo/memos:stable, use neosmemo/memos:0.22.5 for example to use version 0.22.5
