Yes, it is possible, the nature of Memos being a web app and also containerised allows for you to run it on a hosting service.

But, please note, as per point 1 here "Memos is a self-hosted service, not an online product. All your data stays on your machine, not on any cloud platform". This means that it is being developed with running on your machine in mind and you might run into some challenges that are not supported by Memos. e.g. of this is running the app in a subfolder of your domain.
