This feature

• blocks me from using Bruno
• would improve my quality of life in Bruno
• is something I've never seen an API client do before

Describe the feature you want to add, and how it would change your usage of Bruno

Currently bruno cli is bound to be run from the folder where the collection resides, but we have a lof of collections so everytime swithcing folder becomes very cumbersome for the local testing.

Like newman it would be better if we can do bruno --collection <folder> and specify other things with respect to this folder.

This will help better adoption of bruno as it will be much more closer to newman
