Exported json file planned changes

Hi,
How stable is the schema of the json file created when one exports a Bruno collection? How often does it change? what is the strategy moving forward in this regard?
I am asking because we tried to import a collection created on Bruno 2.9.1 from Bruno 1.40.1. The import was not successful.
