Where on my system are the global environment variables stored?

I'm on mac. Been digging around looking for some global environment config. I can see my NON global environments under each collection directory, but don't know where to look for global.

You can find it in the Preferences:

Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner → go to About → check the path listed under AppData Path.

Inside that directory, you’ll find the global-environments.json file.
