License management

Hi, I sent this question to the support email address, and haven't heard back yet, so hoping someone here can help me

1. Is it possible to purchase licenses, then add more later
2. If we can add licenses to our account, can they all be managed by the same license admins (ie all of them in the portal together)?
3. Can we have a mix of different license types (ie Pro and Ultimate)
