make personas accessible -- html/web format

just put in jekyl blog md formatting, make its own .html page. @joncamfield is this the easiest thing to do you think?? otherwise its not accessible ... buh

Perhaps change the /personas/ listing page to have links below the name: (pdf)(html) ; and then make pages (not posts) for each persona with the content?
