Creation of repository fails silently

Creating a repository does not seem to work at the moment. Used the example from examples-folder:

Did not get any error and resource is never reconciling. If i create the repository manually outside of the provider it will start showing up as synced and ready.

Which Version of the Provider you using ?

Oh sorry, forgot to add, i'm using xpkg.upbound.io/upbound/provider-upbound:v0.8.0 Let me first try v0.9.0 and see if it fixes the issue

Adding fields public and publish effectively fixes the issue

I'm not able to recreate this issue locally but I was able to recreate on a dev ctp. I created a pr to add defaults to the repository crd but currently failing on lint. Also, I'm having a hard time pulling in my changes from a version I published in the repo. But I'll resume working on it first thing Monday.

I was able to test my changes yesterday via tag xpkg.upbound.io/upbound-platform/provider-upbound:v0.11.0-rc.0.6.gacfbf8e
