I'm a bit confused as to how to use it. Need a bit of help 😅

So like for eg my scenario is
I have some different character Loras I'm using in dynamic wildcards.({|} format)
Rest I have wildcards for clothes accessories.

I just want character Loras that is selected randomly when I generate let's say 10 photos in adetailer.
Whats the procedure to do this operation?

I honestly have no idea what it is you are trying to do based on your post, but here's some info...

If you have a text file with say 3 lora's

lora.txt:

<lora:one:1.0>
<lora:two:1.0>
<lora:three:1.0>

Then if you use __0_lora__ in both positive prompt and adetailer prompt, it will always match the result and not mix results.

If you want to match two wildcards, with one being meant for positive prompt and one for adetailer prompt, you can do something like this too:

lora.txt:

<lora:one:1.0> main prompt
<lora:two:1.0> main prompt
<lora:three:1.0> main prompt

adlora.txt:

<lora:one:1.0> ad prompt
<lora:two:1.0> ad prompt
<lora:three:1.0> ad prompt

Then if you put __0_lora__ in positive prompt and __0_adlora__ in adetailer prompt, it will match the same line in both prompts but uses a adetailer specific prompt matching the normal wildcard.

If you want to randomly pick a wildcard however (say lora.txt, lora2.txt, lora3.txt) it's not really possible and you need to change your wildcard txt's. But wouldn't it be the same to just make one big text file with all three txt files combined? Not sure why you would want to randomly pick different wildcards... I see no reason to do something like this.

How to use a different directory to store the wildcard ? Ill try the C:\Test\ option ? Is there a flag i can write in the prompt itself to locate the dir ?

1. You are using the --wildcards-dir flag right? If you aren't, then put your wildcards in your reforge directory ..\extensions\stable-diffusion-webui-wildcards-adetailer\wildcards

If its same as forge, edit webui-user.bat to change the path
set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=--wildcards-dir "C:\path\to\wildcards"

You can only change the directory if you use the --wildcards-dir CMD flag when starting forge. (not sure how reforge handles cmd flags)
The extension always looks for wildcards starting from either the wildcards folder in extension or the folder you state in --wildcards-dir.

2. As for wildcards manager, I don't know where that is from to be honest. Maybe from dynamic promps? Does reforge have a wildcards thing installed at the base that influences things? Is there an extension about wildcards in your extension tab amongst the built-in extensions that maybe messes things up?

^^ this is mine. I dont think im using --wildcards-dir flag, When I downloaded the dynamic prompts extension, the Wildcard managaer came with it, and the wildcards are actually being saved inside that

adding this to webui-user.bat should do the trick then:
--wildcards-dir "F:\Program Files\Reforge 2.0\stable-diffusion-webui-reForge\extensions\sd-dynamic-prompts\wildcards"

(double check for spelling mistakes, though I think I wrote the path correctly)

Right now, my extension will check for wildcards in F:\Program Files\Reforge 2.0\stable-diffusion-webui-reForge\extensions\stable-diffusion-webui-wildcards-adetailer\wildcards instead.
