[BUG] Artists or other names with forbidden characters on Windows

I recently had a download error with a track of the artist "Kasablanca >" https://www.beatport.com/track/run/15635486

I think it is necessary to replace the forbidden characters on windows ( \ / : * ? " < > |) with utf characters that are similar (e.g. Unicode U+FF1E which is similar to >). This would also fix the related linux bug where a name contains / . Maybe there is a better solution, but right now, some artist directories can not be created.
