Hi there,

The value proposition of unsend is very interesting. Long due something like that that is OSS.
However, the docs are missing a lot. One of the main pains/challenges of sending transactional emails is deliverability. We personally use loops.so because the docs are good and they look trustworthy to manage our domains. OSS here has the advantage of transparency, you can explain in detais how you are making sure to optimize that.

Yet the docs don't provide any context on that. Neither on the context (what is needed to achieve that, best practices, etc.) nor what is implemented and what is your architecture nor what is your roadmap.

i totally agree on the documentation part. we follow all the best practice spf, dkim etc in setting up a domain. but definietly need to get better at documentation
