Memory overflow when navigating using ContentControl

Current behavior 🐛

When navigating using ContentControl, memory usage increases with each iteration. The image shows the memory consumption of the simplest application after 30 First-Second-First transitions. To demonstrate this, I created a mini project that illustrates this problem.
