Electron (IPC) support

Thinking about adding Electron support for oRPC and wondering if that's possible via an external library or if it would need to be a modification to the internals.

Prior Art

• https://github.com/jsonnull/electron-trpc, example of how this is being done for tRPC.
• https://github.com/egoist/tipc, which could work as a transport.

I'm not familiar with Electron at all, so it would be great if you could help review the PR — especially the upgrade scripts.

We need a key that uniquely identifies each client. Can we safely use event.sender as that key in a WeakMap of peers? Also, is the destroyed event the correct one to use for cleanup?
