Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Over the past year, I have had numerous calls with individuals already using Unlock, as well as those we have onboarded. One complaint I frequently encountered was the lack of customization features for the event pages. Mainly an adjustable background color and typographic choices. Some people have said the same about certifications, but to a much lesser extent than in the context of events. Luma was brought up many times in the context, which made me very upset. So, finally, I am writing this feature request, including a little mockup, to see if we can get this integrated this year and make both existing and new users happy with it.
Describe the solution you'd like
I have done a bit of research as much as I could from a non-technical point of view. I know we want to keep it light and nimble, so here are a few ideas from a noncoder, as well as the above-announced mockup idea, on how this could be part of the Metadata Editor on the Unlock dashboard.
Technical ideas (from someone who doesn't understand your world but maybe it serves as inspiration):
- Native HTML Color Picker - Easiest and most lightweight:
- Tiny Colorpicker (Vanilla JS or jQuery) - Lightweight, customizable color picker supporting HEX codes
- color-picker.js (jQuery Plugin) - Minimal, easy-to-implement HEX color picker
- font-picker-react - Simple React component for Google Fonts
- react-fontpicker-ts-lite - Lightweight React font picker (around 180 KB)
Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
I think we really need this. Truth be told, I found out today that the Airport opening is using Luma, and it made me soooo angry. In the end, they lied to me (said they wouldn't use us because our page is not in Spanish), but I remember how disappointed they were when I told them they couldn't use custom brand colors on the event page. And guess what, Luma allowed for that to happen and made their event page look on-brand. I know to devs this is not important, but to brands it is a dealbreaker. So, while I am still angry with them, I think we should seriously consider implementing these features, especially as we are actively onboarding more creators!
