As a Developer, I want to incorporate the HTCondor Airavata support extension into the Django Portal so that I can add HTCondor job submission capability. #22
Description
The Django Portal needs to be extended so that it's able to access the API changes of Airavata. The extension will involve gaining support for HTCondor jobs so that users can submit them.
