Port the .po files from old repo to the new one.

We need to port the translations from the old repo to the new one. That we can archive the old repo and change weblate to the new repo.

Don't forget to check out Weblate, too. The translations on Weblate might be more up-to-date.

I know for a fact that this is the case at least for German.

Yeah weblate script is broken for old UH and I don't know why.
