So when we invoke decodeFunctionWithAbi we'll have add logic to try blockscout and not etherscan.
I think we can add this as as standalone PR

Also discovered we have slither which relies on etherscan !
That is something we'd have to handle in an isolated PR we'd have

• fetch all the contracts in the simulation
• group by blockchain source (etherscan/blockscout)
• if etherscan -> run slither command
• if blockscount -> fetch all contract source and then run the slither command on it (we might have to create a tmp file to run slither and the cleanup. This is because slither does not have blockscount plugin )
