Race condition when caching RPC requests in CI

#### Description

- Job id is not taken into account when caching rpc requests with foundry. This is a [known](https://github.com/foundry-rs/foundry-toolchain/issues/33) issue which is causing only one of our build steps to cache rpc requests.
