Some code to edit and a function to ask questions

Here are some things to edit in the code (moved from older issue):

• correct spelling mistakes.
• some formatting, improve it.
• create a function to ask questions (at the top of the file),
  that shows each (multiple choice) question and returns the answer in a loop
  - when incorrect or wrong type (e.g. not a number), look at and use the Python
  loop code in my "Mr. Warren's I.C.T. challenge" program (on Google Drive).
• finish that function, for all old question code.
