Publish to Terraform Registry

Review and publish module to the terraform registry. Updates should be made to adheer to the hashicorp recommended standard module structure.

Items that should be reviewed and applied IF required are:

• Nested modules: Submodules referenced such as az and base should be moved to a modules subdirectory to adheer to the standard IF required for submission though options should be reviewed.
• Examples: It states that the examples should reference the remote URI instead of the relative location. This would have implications on current CI configurations and should be reviewed for options.
