How stable is it to run Home Assitant?

Couple of loaded questions here for discussion I guess...

1. How stable is the UDM-pro generally for running something like Home Assistant in a container?
2. Longevity wise, would it be more performant than a Raspberry Pi?
3. Are there enough available resources (CPU/RAM) to accommodate HA?
4. Where does the /mnt/data/ folder live on a hardware level? On the internal storage or HDD used for recording? Is there any life taken away by consistent read/writes by something like HA?
