Static nat support?

i was wondering if the utility maybe given update with a way to have a gui option to toggle static nat on or off, and a way to replace fq codel with cake for qos.

Certainly not making any edits to the GUI. They would be impossible to maintain. Check to see if the kernel has cake installed.
