LFS cache is not invalidated after new files are added to the repository

Memory leak CI was failing with errors about not being able to find/read property files. This usually happens when LFS has a problem.
Manually clearing cache resolved the problem.

It seems that our way of calculating the key doesn't take new files into consideration somehow (quick look at the code didn't reveal an obvious problem).
