BUG: Adding LinkButton to toolbar throws error `withLinks() is not initialized`

I recently added the LinkButton to the editor toolbar:

However, I'm getting an error on my console withLinks() is not initialized

The error is coming from here:

I need the Link Button to work in my application. Please tell me how I can fix this. Thank you!
